Meet The Team
Dedicated professionals with a passion for music
An online beginning
Robert commenced working with his good friend and professional musician (Gareth Lewis) from Sydney. He lived on the other side of Australia, and due to travel restrictions, was not able to meet up. They commenced communicating online and began sharing information. This helped Robert greatly. The idea of sharing this with others came up, and myVox was born.
The distance between Perth (Western Australia) and Sydney (New South Wales) is 3290 km or 2044 miles.
We hope we can help and inspire people from all over the world.

Gareth Lewis
BMus (Performance), Sydney University, Australia
Gareth Lewis has been an integral part of the music industry for over 25 years, working across a diverse range of classical, commercial, and jazz projects. With a career that spans thousands of live performances, he has played in theatres, clubs, concert halls, and outdoor venues, both in Sydney, throughout New South Wales, and internationally.
He has held prestigious positions in the National Chamber Opera of Australia, Wollongong Orchestra, and The Metropolitan Orchestra (as principal trombone). For over a decade, Gareth was a full-time performer with the NSW Police Band, contributing to the Wind Band, Big Band, Parade Band, Brass Quintet, Traditional Jazz Combination, Ragtime Ensemble, and Rock Band. He continues to perform with Outback Brass Quintet and the Australian Brass Collective, and has also lent his talents to musical theatre, rock/pop cover bands, and jazz recordings with Selah Ensemble and Spike Mason.
Alongside his performance career, Gareth is passionate about teaching and has worked with student ensembles while offering private brass lessons. Several of his students have pursued tertiary-level music studies, while many others have cultivated a lifelong passion for music. Gareth’s teaching philosophy centres on understanding each student’s individual goals, building a strong technical foundation, and fostering creativity and achievement through collaboration.
A lifelong member of The Salvation Army, Gareth cherishes his roles as a devoted husband and father. His greatest joy comes from witnessing the power of collaboration, where the combined effort of many produces something greater than the sum of its parts.
